1. Before starting the vibrating sieve, check whether the coarse mesh and the fine mesh are damaged, and whether each set of rings is locked.

2. Vibrating sieve should be equipped with electrical protection device.

3. In the early stage of vibrating sieve operation, check the anchor bolts at least once a day to prevent loosening.

4. When the vibrating sieve starts, pay attention to whether there is any abnormal noise, whether the current is stable, and whether there is any abnormal vibration.

5. For vibrating sieve, check whether the spring parts are loose. If there is looseness, use a wrench to tighten it to achieve a better screening effect.

6. For materials with more flaky particles, it is necessary to change the material crushing method and the particle size matching of different crushing methods.

7. Use an oil cup to replenish the machine with special lithium-based grease every time it runs for a period of time to ensure that the machine is well lubricated and runs smoothly.

8. The bearing should be checked for serious damage every half a month or so of the machine operation, and should be replaced in time if any.

9. After using the vibrating sieve: clean it up after each use.
