What is the use of sieve shaker in laboratory?

Lab sieve shaker is used for laboratory analysis of particle size and powder structure of granular and powdery materials. It is widely used in laboratory sampling and detection. It can accurately separate 2-8 particle segments from a particle/powder sample at the same time, and can also be used for Analyze slurry fineness and impurity content. The lab sieve shaker is designed with a 0-99min timing device, the working time of the sample experiment is controllable, and the automatic shutdown ensures the repeatability and accuracy of the experiment.
The lab sieve shaker can nest 1-7 layers of experimental sieve frames for the processing of experimental samples. Usually, the tray of the lab sieve shaker can carry sieves with various diameters such as 75mm, 100mm, 200mm, 300mm, and 400mm. The adjustable clamps and support rods of the sieve can be adjusted to fix sieves of different sizes.
The actual lab sieve shaker is light in weight, small in size, easy to carry and can be placed on the laboratory operating table.
If necessary, it is possible to add an ultrasonic system (to handle very fine sample powders) or to choose a different sieving power generation method (mechanical, electric, electromagnetic).
How to operate lab sieve shaker:
A. Adjust the time as needed. The first two digits of the time relay are minutes, and the last two digits are seconds. Adjust the reading of the time relay to the desired time.
B. Put the sieve into the device, tighten the nuts, and start the machine.
C. When the running time of the lab sieve shaker is equal to the set time, the lab sieve shaker will automatically shut down, and take out the sieve frame carefully.
