Vibro sifter for nut removal and grading

The types and applications of nuts are extremely wide, but obtaining market-approved nuts or nut products requires high production standards.

The vibro sifter is widely used, not only limited to the treatment of finished nuts, but also can be used in the process of nut processing.

The vibro sifter needs several uses in nuts:

1. Remove the dust and small stones from the preliminarily treated nuts

2. Remove the shells or peels mixed in the nuts

3. Remove broken broken kernels from nuts

4. The processed nuts are graded and separated according to the size of the fruit diameter

5. Remove excess dust and salt on the nuts produced (mostly used at the end of the nut roasting and processing line)

The nut vibro sifter is made of SS304 stainless steel to ensure the food safety of nut processing and the durability of the machine.

Screen form: perforated plate (round hole/square hole/shaped hole) or metal woven mesh
