The material dust generated during feeding is collected by the dust collector. The materials pass through the vibrating screen (safety screen) to intercept bulk materials and foreign objects, so as to ensure that the finished products (qualified materials) that meet the requirements enter the next process.

After opening the door of the Dust-free feeding station, the vacuum fan starts automatically. After the small bag is opened, the material is manually fed into the Dust-free feeding station. After being filtered by the screen, the raw material enters the cone of the Dust-free feeding station. The dust generated is automatically sucked by the dust suction fan, and the raw material is stored in the cone for the next process use.
The Dust-free feeding station is equipped with a filter and a back-blowing air bag. After the feeding is completed and the door is closed, the air bag will automatically back-flush and clean the filter.
1. Operation table: The dust removal, filtering and feeding operation table can realize no dust overflow during the manual feeding process. Unpackaged material enters the cone inside the feed table. The spilled dust is adsorbed by the strong negative pressure airflow during the overflow process, and then blocked by the filter element. The dry air passes through the filter element and is then exhausted by the fan.
2. Storage bin: It is a closed storage tank for storing bulk materials. The tank is equipped with a material level system, which can display the position and quantity of materials. A hole breaking device relieves the firmness caused by the material being deposited for too long. When used in conjunction with a screw conveying pump, the material can be conveyed to different locations. The tank body is easy to install, safe and reliable. It is an ideal bulk raw material storage tank for various batching plants.
3. Arch-breaking vibration device: by installing the arch-breaking plate in the warehouse and connecting the vibration device to the arch-breaking plate, the arch-breaking plate can vibrate effectively when the materials in the warehouse are arched, which can make the arch-breaking plate bonded to the arch-breaking plate. When the material on the plate is loose, the static friction coefficient between the material, the broken arch plate and the material is converted into the kinetic friction coefficient, so as to activate the arching material and make it fall, so as to achieve the purpose of breaking the arch.
4. Dust removal system: the top of the dust collector is a dust removal box, the bottom is a storage box, and the fan is a reverse suction fan. It mainly absorbs the wood powder produced by the wooden door processing machine, ensures the hygiene of the production workshop, creates a good working environment for workers, and protects the environment.
