Paprika vibro sifter

Paprika vibro sifter is used to remove various impurities that may exist in paprika, or to classify paprika according to particle size specifications. When Paprika vibro sifter is used to remove impurities in chili powder, the problem can be solved by choosing a single-layer sifter box. When it is used for grading chili powder, choose a sieve box with more than 2 layers.

After screening, cleaning and grinding the peppers, use a Paprika vibro sifter with a sieve mesh diameter of about 4mm to separate the skin and seeds of the preliminary processed crushed peppers, and then perform more fine grinding before sieving and selecting again. According to the end use and requirements of the powder, choose to sieve and process it to a suitable state, and then send it to the packaging machine for packaging and selling of chili powder.
